Diligence is always busy. Even as a hatchling, it paces in circles when there's nothing to do. It grows stronger through constant motion, adding limbs and tools that never stop chipping, cutting, or carrying. Its body is built for routine—it sharpens its claws at the same time each day, and flinches if interrupted. If you keep a Diligence, be sure to set it a daily schedule. Without one, it will try to build a purpose from scratch, and might just work itself to death doing it.
